Why Cyprus?

A Cyprus Limited Company gives you access to one of the most competitive corporate environments in the European Union. With a 15% corporate tax rate, IP Box regime, and extensive treaty network, Cyprus is ideal for holding companies, IP licensing, and international trading.

Note for U.S. citizens: The U.S. taxes citizens on worldwide income regardless of residence. Cyprus tax benefits apply to non-U.S. persons directly. Americans can still benefit from EU market access, treaty network, and business credibility.

15% Corporate Tax - Among the lowest in the EU (effective January 2026)

IP Box Regime - 3% effective tax rate on qualifying intellectual property income

No Withholding Tax - On dividends, interest, or royalties paid to non-residents

EU Member State - Full access to Parent-Subsidiary and Interest/Royalties Directives

65+ Tax Treaties - Extensive double tax agreement network with major jurisdictions

English Common Law - Familiar legal system based on UK company law
