The Process
Step 1: Name Approval and Documents
Submit your proposed company name for approval with the Cyprus Registrar. We prepare your Memorandum and Articles of Association while completing KYC due diligence.
Step 2: Company Registration
We file your incorporation documents with the Department of Registrar of Companies (DRCIP). Upon approval, your Certificate of Incorporation and statutory certificates are issued.
Step 3: Post-Incorporation Setup
We register your company with the Cyprus Tax Department, complete UBO registry filing, and assist with VAT registration if required. Your company is ready to operate.

No travel required - The entire company formation process can be completed remotely.
15% corporate tax - Effective January 1, 2026 (increased from 12.5%). Still among the lowest in the EU.

Mandatory annual audit - All Cyprus companies must have annual statutory audits regardless of size.
VAT registration - Required if annual turnover exceeds EUR 15,600 or for intra-EU trade. Standard rate is 19%.
