Use the license you already have. Most files start from a valid foreign license plus an apostilled driving record or certification from the issuing authority. Then you complete the local medical and ATTT steps in Panama.
We run the file with you. Apostilles, translations, appointments, and the ATTT submission. You show up for the medical and any required test.

The Process
Step 1: Apostille Your Documents
We tell you exactly what ATTT needs from your country: typically the foreign license plus a driving-record or authenticity certificate, apostilled, then translated to Spanish if required.
Step 2: Medical and ATTT in Panama
In Panama you complete the required medical / vision check and any ATTT validation or test. We book and accompany.
Step 3: Application and Card
We submit the pack and collect the Panamanian license when ATTT issues it.
Requirements
Valid foreign driver's license from your country of issue.
Apostilled driving record or license certification from the issuing authority.
Passport and your Panama residence card or immigration status, as ATTT requires for a resident license.
Medical / vision certificate from a doctor ATTT accepts. Done in Panama.
Spanish translations of foreign documents when the originals are not in Spanish.
