The employment letter is the economic tie. Migracion's official list requires a notarized work letter (position, salary, repatriation), the employer's Public Registry extract, operations papers, and the MITRADEL work-permit filing. Our company supplies that pack.

The Process
Step 1: Confirm Nationality and Place You on Our Company
We confirm your passport is on the list and issue the employment pack from one of our Panama companies: notarized work letter, Public Registry, operations notice, and the MITRADEL work-permit power and application.
Step 2: Document Preparation
You send passport, apostilled criminal record, and civil documents. We add the health certificate, sworn form, power of attorney (parents' names and nationalities), and the two certified checks (B/.250 to the National Treasury and B/.800 to Servicio Nacional de Migracion).
Step 3: File in Panama
Our attorneys file PPT-PE at Servicio Nacional de Migracion. You travel for biometrics and the carnet de tramite. That card is not the final residence. It shows the file is in process.
Step 4: Provisional, Then Permanent
Once granted, the provisional permit runs two years. We then file PPP-PE. Official instruction: same requirements except the criminal record and the checks.
Requirements
From Servicio Nacional de Migracion, Paises Especificos employment route (PPT-PE):
Nationality on the specific-countries list under Decreto Ejecutivo 226 of 2021.
Notarized power of attorney and application stating your parents' names and nationalities.
Passport copy, notarized or authenticated, plus three photos.
Criminal record and health certificate.
Sworn personal-background form.
Certified checks: B/.250 to the National Treasury and B/.800 to Servicio Nacional de Migracion.
Employment pack from our company: notarized work letter (position, salary, repatriation), Public Registry of the employer, operations notice, and MITRADEL work-permit filing. We provide this. You do not form a company.
Dependents: responsibility letter and proof of kinship. Ages 18 to 25 need full-time study and sworn single status, plus the official solvency add-on (B/.1,000 per month plus B/.100 per dependent, or work/CSS evidence).
