The Process
Step 1: Travel to Paraguay (3–5 days)
Travel to Paraguay for 3–5 days to begin your application. We handle legal appointments, representation, and translation throughout your visit.
Step 2: Obtain Temporary Residency Permit
Receive your 2-year temporary residency permit during your visit.
Step 3: Apply for Your Cedula
Apply for your cedula (foreign ID card) before you leave. You'll return home with your residency in place, and we'll ship your cedula to you once it's ready — processing time is 2–3 months, delivered anywhere in the world.
