Sunbiz Portal - Your corporation will be publicly searchable on sunbiz.org, Florida's official business entity database.
Annual Report Required - Florida C-Corps must file an Annual Report between January 1 and May 1 each year.
Corporate Tax Obligations - C-Corps are taxed at the entity level (currently 21% federal rate). Florida corporate income tax is 5.5% on income over $50,000.
Registered Agent Requirement - Florida requires a registered agent with a physical Florida street address (P.O. boxes not accepted). We provide this for year one.
